An ABITI DESIGN custom product is made to order, with your name or initial specified by you at checkout, we therefore are unable to provide you with a refund if the goods are not to your liking or you have changed your mind.
Please take caution when providing details for embroidery as ABITI DESIGN does not accept responsibility for spelling mistakes on orders. (Please contact us ASAP if you realise you have made an error, and we will do our best to to rectify depending on the status of your order)

Standard Shipping Delivery time-
As an estimate - please allow between 1-7 working days for production. When your order ships you will receive an email containing the tracking number and information you require to check the status of your order. Please keep this information for reference until your order arrives.
If your ordered product is OUT OF STOCK it may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. We en-devour to keep you in the loop if your product is OUT OF STOCK and will provide you with all details necessary.
If your purchase is urgent, please choose express postage. We can guarantee your parcel will be shipped by express post however we do need 7 working days for production.
Please allow 7 working days for production of your personalised product. We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.
If you have not received your items within 7-14 business days please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
Tracking your order. Once your order is packed and leaves us, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
